How is a house born.

The house came into being in Lima, in 2025. That year, Hugo married in Peru and decided to settle there. He had just spent eight years far from the kitchen, in tech — another trade, another world. But the passion had never really let him go.
It was in his Lima apartment that the concept took shape — with pencil, at the counter, at the table, the way one composes a menu. A menu, an atmosphere, a standard — everything he had kept in his memory from the French culinary school and the kitchens of his childhood, finally set down on paper. A house to build, at his own pace, by his own markers.
