In accordance with Law N° 29571 (Consumer Protection and Defence Code) and Law N° 32495 (Digital E-Commerce Platforms), we make available our virtual Libro de Reclamaciones (official complaints book), accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Your rights & our obligations

Every entry submitted is answered within a maximum of 15 business days (extended to 30 days where a more thorough investigation is required), in accordance with the regulations in force.

An automatic copy of your entry, signed with a tracking code, will be emailed to you immediately after submission.

Reclamo

A specific expression of dissatisfaction relating to a good or service consumed — quality, conformity, execution.

Queja

An expression of dissatisfaction that does not concern the good or service itself, but the attitude of a staff member or the conditions of the establishment.
